Using Word to edit emai messages.

Hi all,

Got a user who changed her setting to have word be used to edit her email messages. When she receives and opens a new message, the overall "view" of each message is set at 66%. She said it has always been at 100% before. She can manual change it to 100% however that setting will change back to 66% if she closes Outlook and then reopens it (or another message).

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Have her close Outlook and find and open email.dot so that the active document is email.dot (and not document1.doc or email1.doc).

Type some letters into it.
Delete them.
Change the view to desired.
Save the template.
Close it.
Close Word.
Open Outlook and try again.
I'm not promising nothing.
