Have a question for the gang. I am curious if anyone has taken 2 Intuity Audix LX's and put them on the same Definity PBX, then networked them together so they could pass messages.

I know this sounds like a mess of an idea, but it's something in motion that I was just curious if anyone has done successfully before, or if they knew of documentation that would support something along these lines.

Thanks!

The PBX is a CM 2.2 and the LX's would be new.

I don't believe you can integrate two seperate Audix machines to the same PBX. You can do this with Modular messaging however.

I believe that the with the old G3's only the G3R could support multple voice mail systems. The G3i, si, and csi could only support 1 messaging system.

Not sure about the S8XX0's however...

you can use mode code for the connection between PBX and IALX as mode code is not limitation.

Thank you all for the information and replies. We did some digging and of course as we find the information, the client decided they didn't want to go down this path after all. Again, thank you for the feedback.
