I downloaded tracedmp.exe onto my computer and have been able to successfully convert the .etl files into .csv files for a trace log that I set up to run. My question is that there is a column in the .csv file that says Clock-Time and the data is of a format like the following: 1.27942E+17. Does anyone know how to convert this to a real time?

Regards,

Have you tried importing the CSV file into Excel, and formatting the column so it shows the complete number.

Yes. That is what I am doing and it still looks like: 1.27942E+17 and when I try to format the cells for a date it just creates this unreadable number. Any help?

that number generated from your tracedump report will look exactly like a number to Excel. Is this 1.279... seconds/hours/days or is it just the way tracedump outputs it. If the number is valid then you will need to perform some Excel date math in order to get it into a readable format and not just format as a date
