Using the "Offsite Vaulting" List in Advanced Reporter

We are using Netbackup 4.5FP3 on HP-UX11i and have Advanced Reporter and Vault. We have been using Advanced Reporter for daily reads on bakups and restores. The thing is that every time we try and view the Offsite Vaulting List it is blank. Is there something that we need to enable to use this list? How does it work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
