Using ssl in cart and same page is getting "page cannot be found"

Hi all -
I have developed a shopping cart in CF and the same page in my cart upon submission is coming up "The page cannot be found" - Cannot find server - in IE. If I hit the back button and resubmit, the page is displayed. I am not sure what is causing this. If I make my form submission point directly to my port, this does not happen, however, my session variables are then not recognized, so this is not a good solution. Cannot anyone help point me to the problem here? Thanks!
