..using registry 2 disable downloading from the internet

u can use registry 2 disable downloading from the internet
by reaching this path

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\3]
"1803"=dword:00000003

just change the 1803 from 0 to 3

user should log off and log on 4 the changes 2 take effect

the key 1803 is the entry for the Downloading from the Custom Level in the Security of Internet Explorer, and It takes these Values :
(0) to use the default ..
(1) will prompt and aske to download or not
(2) will enable downloading
and (3) will disable it ..
