We are using Network Load Balance clustering for our web servers. In this type of clustering there is no shared data space so are there any tools available to keep the data on each server in sync? Is DFS a good solution for this?

DFS would work, Running robocopy on a regular basis would work. You can also point all the web servers to pull there data from a network share on a fast server with fast drives.
