Using Frontpage drop-down menu to populate a text field.

I'm trying to create a form on a website using MS frontpage. I want to be able to have a drop down menu which when after you choose the option will populate a value which was assigned to the option into a text field. For example, if I have a drop down menu filled with names, and each of the names has an address as the value, selecting a name will fill the following text box with the address. I think it is simple to do, I just haven't figured out how to make it work.
