Using File Synchronize

I am using Windows 2000 Pro and it has a built in file synch, where you can browse your files even when your not connected to your server.

This is really a great program, except that it doesnt copy everything. It doesn't copy database files.

Is there a fix for this problem? Are there any related softwares out there that can do this...?

Main purpose is to maintain server drives when offlines...

I want to have an F drive even Im not connected.
