One of my customers is using an IP406 (v2.1) in conjunstion with an external dialler.
The dialler has it's own analog lines connected to the PSTN.
It also has analog lines connected to ext's on the IP406.
When the operator logs in to the IP406, a call is established from their ext too one of the ext's connected to the dialler.
When the dialler makes an external call it directs it to an available operator via one of it's lines.
If the called party hangs up before the operator, then the operator gets a loud tone in his/her ear.
Has anyone come across this before? If so - can it be fixed?
Cheers
