using extended ascii in a JSP

I have a JSP that generates and email an order confirmation to the customers. The problem is that some of the products name contains extended ascii characters, and the content of the email seems to stop when it encounter the extened ascii charater. the rest of the email content after the extened ascii gets dropped.
 

You're looking for the Java forum for this one I think :)

Having said that, you need to find a method to convert an arbitrary string to a fully quoted and escaped string literal. This will be a one-liner (like replace()) that you can use just before you set the body for the email message.
