Using Crystal Reports on CRM

Hi,

I work for a company that is currently using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0. I understand that this product comes with reporting services.

Does anyone know if it is possible to use crystal reports xi to design reports for CRM as an alternative to reporting services?

It is possible but will require that you buy a copy of crystal as it it not supplied as a license in CRM version 3.0. I also think Microsoft published a tech articale on how to enable it. Also note that because SRS is now the standard reporting solution you wil not get any sample reports for crystal
