Using Crystal Reports form within VFP 1

Hi
Will somebody please point me to an article where I can get the absolute nuts-and-bolts instructions on using CR (V8 Developer Edition) reports from within VFP7 ie. Creating the report in CR is no problem, what then? As what do I save it? How do I call it from within VFP?
