using cookies in flash 5

Hi,

Can someone please tell how to work with cookies in flash ??

for example:

in my .swf you can choose among 3 languages, what I want to do is the following: for example you click the E button, this I want to store in a cookie, when you come back to the site I want to use the variable to change all the buttons and text immediately in english..
