Using CMAK for 2 Connectoids

Hoping someone has an answer - trying to use CMAK to create two connectoids. Our setup requires two separate VPN connections - the first to the external firewall and then the second from the external to the internal firewall. Works fine when I create the conenctions manually within "Network & Dial Up Connections". I can tell "Connection B" must dial "Connection A" first.

Within CMAK I do not see how this is done. Can anyone help? I've created the connectoid for "Connection A". How do I tell CMAK that when using "Connectoid B" it has to dial connectoid A first?
