Hi,

Don't know if this is possible but hope someone can help. Is it possible to utilise the BT diverts? We have an ATM4 and I want to be able to use the BT *21*N# to divert all calls to a mobile on a specific inbound line. I thought by using the ?/./SecondaryDialTone I might be able to pass DTMF to BT but it doesn't seem to work.

Any Ideas.

Thanks.

Richard.

do you use a different line group ID for every outgoing line? I have had some success with it (north american locale though) and forwarded the lines to other targets. I created a shortcode for the specific line and just had it go directly out that line to forward it.
Problem being that you can't use it for outgoing calls with the regular dialout code.

I use 2 line groups. Group 0 and Group 1. I want to pass the DTMF on line Group 1. I have a suspicion that the issue relates to the fact that i need to use the program key on the phone. I have an IP Office 403 DT using 3.0DT firmware using 2030 phones.

I will try that and see how i get on.

I am not familiar with the DT firmware but if you have line appearance capabilities then you could do line appearance for it then pick up the line and dial the code

I have now nailed this. There is a restriction with DT handsets that does not allow sending dtmf tones without selecting the program button. I have overcome this by setting the function buttons to do the work for me.

In the users Digital telephony tab I have created a button with a feature of Dial and a telephone number of *21*,Number,#

So thats now fixed.

Thanks for all the tips.

Richard.

Good stuff
not that I really helped with it but I know it is good to talk about stuff that brings ideas sometimes that help.
