Using ADMT V2 Utility to migrate from sbs 2003 to sbs 2k3

Has anyone successfully used the admt v2 utility to migrate user, group, computer and sid accounts from an sbs 2003 server to another sbs 2003 server with a new domain. The old server has too many problems and id rather start fresh. We have 37 computers at the office.
