If I want to give all our ACD groups a Back-up group.
I have to initiate a new group nr. with ACGRI for example 5555 that must become a backup for example of 1111.
So if 1111 that is initiated in lim 1 goes down. 5555 will take over if command ACBGI is entered.
But do I have to give 5555 members with ACGMI or are the members in 1111 automatically going to 5555?

hi !

ACD Back-up group Prerequisites (ACBGI)

The ACD group and its back-up group, which is also another ACD group, have been initiated and in different LIMs.

This means both ACD groups have to be initiated as groups
and with members .

A ADN can only be member of one ACD group.

Hope this answers your question.

Hi Syar, thanks for the info. I was hoping that members of the origin group automatically where assigned to the backup group. But now I know this isn't the case.
