Using Access to Create orders to vendors

I am usinng Access 2000 ver 9,
my data base has line#, parts # , descriptions , price ,.etc
I was wanting to create a report out this info
I can do a single report(order Form), how do you multi-items ?
Example:
line qty description price Total
0106 2 Salt .99 1.98
0111 1 corn 1.00 1.00

or Quotes , I just know how to put it together
Any Ideals ?
