using access page

i have created an access page, but when users try to access it i get the followin error
"the microsoft jet database engine cannot open the file '\\...\'. It is already open exlusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data"
Has anyone seen this before. I also have the database sitting on an apache server.
Please help.
