We have an application in VB6 which I am busy converting, and said app makes use of a resource file to hold a load of icons etc.
Working with VB 2005, is it possible to use this resource file? I've tried using the restoresx app that comes with .Net 2003, but that doesn't work (comes up with something about a null source value), though VB6 seems delighted to use the file with no problems.
Ideally I'm looking for some means of using the file as is, but I'll settle for a converter (that works) if anyone knows of one...
