We have three conference rooms in this building and are currently using a public calendar to schedule events in them. Default and anonymous have view only permission, and certain members of each department have Author permission, with one person and a couple backups having Owner permission for overall authority and control. The problem is that some meetings are getting double booked in a room, that is two meetings at the same time. Unless the person requesting a date and time for the room actually checks to make sure it's open, he/she is free to book it. The only other solution I have come across is to moderate this folder, requiring the 'owner' to approve all postings. Aside from this, is there another solution to prevent double bookings? If not, how exactly does moderation work? Is there limitations based on my expectations? Thanks.
