Users unable to access Outlook

Hi,

I have been having a problem with one Exchange server over the last couple of days, users are unable to access their Masilboxes intermittently. When Lokking in the event logs Failure audits are constantly logged, the Information store was stopped and started and users could then log in for a short time but the problem then re-occurred, any ideas?
