Users second greeting won't take

We have a centralized/distributed setup, when a user from the distributed site sets up a secondary greeting the system does not take it.

I have checked the folders on each server and I can see the greeting there (user33_2.wav) When we call in and hit option 3 it says greeting 2 active for all calls, but it isn't. Any help is appreciated.
 
I actually have a similar problem and it happened when we switch to central and dist. - I haven't found a solution for it yet.
 
did you restart the service?
restart the server?

what have you tried so far

there is not a whole lot that you can do as there are no settings but if a restart of either (or both) doesn't work then I would open a ticket with Avaya, I use at the moment my greeting #3 as I am on holidays and it works fine.
