Users not getting desktop icons on slower link

We have a situation where out AD groups have multiple nested groups

Ie.
Technologies
Development
Phone
Network
Management
General
Executive
Web

ETC ETC,

Users with slow links like on a modem or ADSL link, sometimes only get half or 1/3 of their applications "published" or created for them to open.

Does citrix definitely support the nested group hierarchy and to what level can it support? (or is it indefinite?)
