Users cannot access Office 2k clipart in XP

I'm having a time of it with Windows XP permissions...ugh. Anyway, I have a lab setup for kids with Office 2000 on each of them. The problem I'm having is that the kids cannot use clipart, even though I installed *all* the clipart off the CDs under administrator. It does work if I install the clipart for each user, but that is a major pain and time consuming. Is there any way to install the clipart once and have it available to all users?

Also, are there any howtos/articles on XP permissions for stuff like the above? I just came from a Windows 98 network, and this is really frusterating me. Thanks!

FAT32 is what i use at home , no problems
with lots of new and old programs and different family members logons .
I have a dual boot and a bootmanager with
password protect on a spare XP installation (just in case).
The bootmanager hides this partition when others are logged on .

Yeah, FAT32 doesn't have the file security NTFS has. FAT32 also locks up and is much more of a pain in the long run than NTFS is.

I'm not interested in converting these systems to FAT32...all are NTFS. There has got to be a way to install something and have it accessable to all users who login (off my WinNT4 network). Any ideas?

Click on Tools Then Options. Click on the file locations tab. One of the options is Clipart Pictures. Change this to point to the location of the clipart on your server. I'm not sure if this will help.
