Usernames & Missing Media

Hi Ladies and Gents,

Have a couple of Win 2k servers, one is running Arcserve 6 and the other is running Arcserve 2000.

Each of these has a different issue i am having trouble resolving.

1. Arcserve 9.0 - Is presenting the job as failed due to a invalid username - it is still transferring data onto the tape and ejecting it once the job is finished. – I have tried changing the username several times in all the control panels with no prevail.

2. Arcserve 2K - Is stating in the job log files that it cannot find the media! However their is a tape in the drive.

Not got much experience with arcserve so it may be a very simple issue. Has anyone got any ideas, have any of you has the same issues?

1) Via the ARCserve Server Admin, reset the ARCserve System Account.

2) Make sure the Group with the correct tape drive is selected.
