User to User shadowing

I published the shadow bar out to a test account, what permissions does a user need to shadow anohter user?

They need to be given shadowing capability from the Connections Configuration Manager.

I created a test account and gave that account full control in the Citrix config manager, he's able to shadow, but he's only seeing the first 10 or so users, and right now i've got 82 users logged in.

Any ideas? I'm running Windows 2003 with XP FR3, haven't gone to SP4 yet.

Give it access to CMC and through policy in CMC administrators only allow him to shadow
