User rights wont apply? 2

Hi all.

I have created a User Right and in it barred certain numbers from being called under user right shortcode.
I have checked some users under the User Rights Membership.
I have gone to User | User | User Rights > then 1. dropped down on Working hours user rights to the created user right. 2.droped down User rights view to Working hours user rights.

When the users call the barred numbers they go through.
Why wont the user rights apply?

I have a system shortcode that allows everything to be dialled.
 
Because you haven't applied the rule 'Apply user rights value' at the top of the user rights short codes tab.


Why can't you ask Ava this?
 
You can easily check if user rights actually apply to a user by checking this users settings in Manager.
You should see the shortcodes you entered in the user rights in the users shortcode tab with a little lock right next to them.

Thank you for the advise. It did make the user rights to apply.
I have one problem that for those shortcodes that should be dialled, they require authorization code but the phone keeps displaying "enter auth code " even when a valid authorization code has been entred.
What needs to be done here?
 
Don't get confused with Auth codes and account codes, which have you set? :)

 
Problem noticed. Using auth codes but short code had force account code checked.
