User rights disappearing on 4.0.14

Has anyone else experienced user rights disappearing after a merge config on a system running 4.0.14? Its happened twice in two weeks on the same site. Am wondering if its worth upgrading to 4.1 to fix.

I have seen this. It seemed to go away when i removed all the user short codes for caller ID.

Ahh the old 4.0(14) user rights going belly up !

Avaya have a PB for this (if it is the same issue I have had), How many members do you have in yoru user right groups ?? Are you using IP Phones ?

They are certainly IP phones, all 175 of them. There are 18 user rights profiles with each on having different amounts of members ranging from 9 to 35. Thanks for your help MrIPO!
