User Rights Assignment for Stopping and Starting Services

Hi,

Does anyone know the User Rights Assignment needed for Users to Stop and Start Services.

Developers are constantly asking for administrator rights because they need to do this. I want to stop handing out administrator rights like candy.

all you need to do is set gpo containing service entries for services they need to start and stop. if the services they need dont appear, then install adminpak.msi onto a system that does have the services and adjust gpo from there.
