Hi all, I'm in need of assistance updating user account properties. I'm currently using NetIQ's DRA command-line option to change the account name and pre-Windows2000 name and a few other basic options using values from a CSV file. While this works, it doesn't allow for changes to other settings like COMPANY, DEPARTMENT, PHONE NUMBERS, SUPERVISOR, ETC. I can get all the info in a spreadsheet from our HR department, but I don't know squat about VBScripting, and can't seem to get management to understand how much some training would help. I've got about 4800 users to update so any help would be greatly appreciated. If you include code, generous commenting would help me understand what I'm looking at.
