When ever the users log into citrix it creates a local profile on the server. How do i make it so that when users log in it will create the profile on a seperate file server ? Second if that is possible will their my documents also be redirected to the same spot since that is where the profile is stored or do i have to do folder redirection for my documents ?

Either in AD or user mangler you can specify where the Terminal Services profiles lives. If you search for My documents in here you will find good instructions how to do this.

The reason i need help is i have set the GP computer config\admin temp\windows compont\term serv\
set path for roaming profiles to enabled specified \\servername\TSProfiles (the share)
and ive even gone into ADUC and under TS tab on the users ive specified the profile path to \\servername\TSProfiles

and it doesnt work.. it still loads a the user directory under the c:\docs and settings\username on the TS server.

It will always load the profile in there. Its supposed to. However when they log off it should write it back to share and remove c:\ etc There is a Group policy that will delete locally cached copies of this, which should be done too.

It will do, but why is that a problem? If you are using the ts profile path in aduc to point to \\server\share then you are using roaming profiles. In GP you can redirect desktop/my docs etc to a different location. If you're worried about local profiles building up and taking up valuable disk space, you can always delete cached copies of roaming profiles at log off.
