User Password Change

Need to change an end users password for their MM. They had their ext also their password i.e., 7000, 123#, 123#.

Now when they enter 123# for the password they get "Login incorrect. Please contact your administrator for assistance."

New to MM, and did a search but only found changing the MM password with LD 17.

Any and all help appreciated.

You need to login to the MM not the switch to change a mailbox password.
