User Name not being updated

Hello. I have a user who requested that I change his first name in that was listed in the GAL. I made the in AD users and computers and his name is still showing up with the old first name. any thoughts on why this would not be updating?

Sure, because your RUS hasn't run.

Either force an update, or wait it out.
