User Interface like outlook

(you can perhaps compare it with the outlook User Interface)

on the left a menu

when you click on the menu the form must change on the right.

the right part exists of buttons, text boxes and so on

How do you create that <<right>> part?
Example files ?

Sheridan Software makes a control that looks just like the outlook interface. It is called Sheridan ActiveListBar
