Where can I get more of the Meridian Mail User Guides?

i put a softcopy on the server and email new users a link to that along with instructions on setting up there voice mail.

Now why didn't I think of that? I email instructions to the user, but it never dawned on me to email a link to a soft copy of the user guide.

Me too - I have a boilerplate new user text I copy into a new email, add their name, number, voicemail codes and a link to the user guide.

Since I started doing that I have had zero "how do I get my email?" calls.
