User Groups On Cisco VPN Concetrator 3060 & Windows AD?

Is it possible to have the Cisco VPN Concetrator 3060 use the user groups that are difined in Active Directory? Or do I need to create local groups on the concetrator? If I use local groups on the concentrator how can tie them in with Active Directory?
