In Excel, how can I open A user form whichs stays on top, but allows the active work sheet to be used?

Straight off : I need to open the form and the let the user click on certain cells in the active sheet so that I can collect array values.

If you have XL2000 or later, you can set the Show modal property of the userform to False, or invoke the userform in the following manner :

UserForm1.Show False
