USER DELETED AND ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD LOST

I was using a PC using the user name and password of the person who was using the PC prior to me. Today i tried to change the username but accidently i think i deleted the user.

When i restarted the PC it is not accepting the Username and pw as i was using earlier. This is because i think i have deleted the user by mistake/Accidently.

The second option before me is to user the administrator user but i do not know its pw.

Can some one help me to get out of the situation?

That are a lot of accidents in a row...... You should be more carefull. You could hack the admin password, but I am not going to tell you how. You should ask your local IT support to reinstall the pc for you.
