A student of mine wants to print on A3 paper but the option is not available and neither is the User Defined option. Any suggestions on why this is missing and how to put it back?

Hi

A guess, is it because the printer cannot print on A3?, I seem to recall that different printers (and hence different drivers) cause only the usable options to be displayed.

True - if the printer's devmode says it doesn't support A3 then it doesn't support A3.
