User Certificates... How do I make them unique??

I have created my CA (private) and have generated the Root Certs and the Server Certs w/out any problems... Here's the problem:

I want to be able to make a Custom Certificate for outside folks who will be comming into our network through our CSG/WebInterface connection.

These are temporary users that will not need the cert for very long; but there a ton of users that will need one. I want to be able to 'revoke' the cert (when I need to) so that, when the time comes, they won't be able to connect to our farm any more. I heard this is possible... but how to I make a Custom User Certificate???? I realize that I will have to email them the cert...
