Well, what components did you install? TAPI? The drivers will be there if you type dieler.exe and look under tools> dialing options.

Hi, I just used the setup application in the root directory of the USER4_2_64 folder - this installed 2 folders on the hard drive TAPI2 and TAPI3 these folders contain wave32 folder, and following applications bt_it, tapi2195, W95ws2setup. no tools

What software do you need, the 9.0 Used CD only has TAPI and SoftConsole in it.

My spare IP500V2 9.0 has licenses for Wave User - CTI Link Pro - Essential Edition - I would like to experiment with the CTI to understand what can be done under the License. Cheers

Then you have what you want - TAPI2 or TAPI3
TAPI2 is the most used so I advise to install that one and install it as per manual (google it up Scotty)

As said TAPI2 OR TAPI3, TAPI3 is also supports TAPI2 but installing both will mess it up.

You will not find any installed program but you will be able to configure "Avaya TAPI 2 Service Provider" in Control Panel - Phone and Modem - Advanced
