User can't print emails

When I got the initial call i thought this would be a quick fix, but it has me a little stumped. W2K3, Exhchange 2003 sp1, Outlook 2003. This remote user is VPN'd into the company network, and then opens outlook. When you try to print, nothing happens. File print doesn't bring up the print dialog?? Regular files print just fine. Any ideas?

I also have 2 remote users who VPN in(through the 2003 server) and when they try to get to Outlook it will not connect when on wifi, but wired to the router works??
