User can't log into OWA after password change

Hi,

I changed the password for a user. I now cannot log into OWA for this user. It keeps rejecting the new password and eventually after the 3rd attempt of entering the password, it gives error "HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized".

I know that AD takes some time to replicate...but this change was made last week. Since then, I have also tried a number of things:

1. Forcing the replication in sites and services
2. In exchange...updated and rebuilt the RUS
3. made sure that other users can get into OWA
4. Yes, I have done the whole domain\username test....nothing works.

I have run out of ideas...I also changed the password for another user and they also cannot get into OWA now....so it is definitely not a problem with on users.

Any ideas?
