User cannot open attachments

Hello,

A user on our network is having trouble opening a .rtf word attachment in Outlook. When they double click the attachment they get the following message.

!Can't create file: Company Sheet.rtf. Right-click the folder you want to create this file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.

Checked all permissions for the relevant folders inc. olka temp folder. I re-installed office and that seemed to cure it, however this morning it's started doing it again.

I know this post should really go on the Outlook forum but i thought i'd try here too - as the user is on XP.
