I have a customer who would like to be able to know if a extension they are calling is on the phone, when they call that extension. I've suggested sending the call straight to voicemail when the user is busy, but they do not like that idea. (They would like to still have call waiting to answer a call if they need to.) This location has a couple of hundred phones, so DSS consoles are not practical. Any ideas on how I can make that happen?
