User Archive 'Consensus'

Whats the general consensus here...presently I carry out FullBack Up to NetworkDrive (TM server)Once a week

Whats the verdict on User Archive BackUP once or everyday ?

I think over the years had only 1 or 2 guys asking if possible to restore Voicemails after deleting ??

I do two user archive backups daily - one at noon and one a midnight.

Over the years I haven't had many restores to do, but there is always that one that seems to pop up that is needed, and in most cases I can bring it back much to the delight of the user! Make's you look like a star

If you have space on your network drive, maybe consider it.

Every month or so I usually delete the older files to keep the drive clean.

Not that I've had to recover a mailbox but I guess its relatively straight forward when its backed up over onto a shared drive (TM)

I guess it doesn't hurt to do every day and manage the drive accordingly

Would there be a process available as a reference or would you be able to share that ?
