user accounts in domain are locked out very frequently

user accounts in windows 2003 ADS domain that are spanned at different locations are locked out very frequently, and there are 12 DCs spanned at different sites, replication is working fine,any suggestion is highly appreciated

Have you tried the MS tools for troubleshooting this problem?
