User Account Lockouts in AD

Hi there,

I have a recurring problem within Active Directory whereby for no reason at all user accounts within my domain are locked out.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem?

Have you checked your Event log? If you haven't, it would be a great place to start, as users sometimes won't own up to infractions.
